System Description:
With the rotary screen scattering
process [RSS], quite similar to the color printing process, a
thin-walled, perforated and rotating metal cylinder (screen) is
fed with the scattering material through an internal feeding
system by means of a continuously adjustable worm shaft. The
special designed doctor blade system pushes the material through
the screen holes where it will be fallen [laid] accurate down
according to the pattern [design] of the screen onto the subjacent
substrate.
