For the second time SCHILLING-KNOBEL and TECHNOPARTNER SAMTRONIC
presented its range of machines for the building industry in Munich
from the 15th - 20th of January. This year the booth was located in
hall number B 6 the main building for the flooring industry.
Like in the year 2005 the customers showed a high interest in the
"pFix®" technology to produce High-Tec-Wood
(Wood-Plastic Composites) boards "pBoard®". Boards up
to a width of 2,2 m and thickness of maximum 10 mm can be produced
continuously on the "pFix®"
An additional highlight on the fair was the presentation of the
advanced product coatwin+TM the decorative flexible paper
for more difference. This paper for High-Tec-Wood (Wood-Plastic
Composites) has a very high wear and scratch resistant surface based
on NANO-Particle cross-linked by Electron Beam Curing. Today it is
also possible to deep emboss this paper for structural purposes.
Beside the "pBoard®" and "coatwin+TM"
resilient flooring LVT, VCT (Semi-Flexible), non-directional
Homogeneous and Heterogeneous in PVC and Non-PVC were presented
during the show.
